LA Series: Driving to the Grove

Sunnies: Urban Outfitters (similar) / Shirt: Vintage / Pants: H&M / Shoes: Forever 21 (similar)

It was beautiful here, but the sun was so intense. Since I haven’t seen the daylight in what feels like years due to NYC living, I got burned quickly and was forced to buy every kind of sunscreen at the store.

On this day, we ventured out to The Grove! The Grove is an outdoor mall, that even that at times has events held here (ahem, E! News hosts here occasionally). Here is also where we discovered our love for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, an LA staple, that we then had every day during our trip. And as I write this, my boyfriend explains to me that it’s also in NYC, which is news to me. I shall be going there frequently now.

The Grove also has a really cute & really good farmers market, where I grabbed that ice cream cone (filled with coffee ice cream mixed with chocolate covered espresso beans – mmmm)

We also saw the La Brea Tarpits
