New York Fashion Week – Spring 2016 (Ready-to-Wear)

One thing I do love doing during New York Fashion Week (NYFW) is scrolling through the runway looks. I get so inspired about different ways to style my own looks and day dream about pieces that I may want in the future.

Since NYFW just wrapped up, I wanted to share some of my favorite looks. I loved so many pieces and I also noticed that some pieces resembled items that are in my vintage collection (see the specific pieces later in this post). Here are my TOP designer runway picks below:

I literally loved EVERY piece in the Zimmerman collection:

Another fave was the Christian Siriano collection:

The Baja East collection though…. right on point:

OMG – I loved so many pieces from the Mara Hoffman collection:

The Simone Rocha collection was great as well. I loved the shoes on all the models.

I NEED all of the Rebecca Minkoff collection:

The Victoria Beckham collection is always great. Simple and chic:

Rachel Zoe is all fringe everything – perfectly on trend. I love the flowey materials and pretty colors.

The Oscar de la Renta collection was perfection for evening wear. The colors were SO spring:

Basics done right in the Milly collection:

Vintage vs. Designer

There are so many shows and so many great looks. It was hard to choose a select few (especially if you know me). London Fashion Week (LFW) is currently in full swing with Topshop Unique & Burberry Prorsum (both amazing with lots of lace and floral colors). Then Milan Fashion Week (MFW) and Paris Fashion Week (PFW). With so many more great shows to come, I may curate another Fashion Week Faves post

See slideshows from ALL the shows HERE.
