White Booties at the Farmer’s Market

Boots: Steve Madden / Shirt: Aritzia / Jeans: Zara / Jacket: Vintage / Bag: Free People / Sunnies: Celine / Bracelets: Pandora

Has anyone else noticed that white booties are ALL over right now?! I mean I did tell you to shop them during my most recent shopping post! I recently picked up these super cute all white Steve Madden boots (though not on sale because it seemed almost impossible to find cute white booties).

These booties can either be worn dressed up or styled as a more casual look. The Steve Madden white booties are seriously so comfortable and are extremely flattering. I’ve seen them styled with an all black look where they are the center of attention or a more causal look like this one.

The key to styling white booties (or any bold color really) is to only add one more piece of the same color. For this look, I added a white backpack to bounce off the bold color of the boots. This backpack also has some grey tones in it (snakeskin pattern), so it worked perfectly with my grey top. To help tone down the bright boots, I paired the look with a vintage blazer.

On this day, I took a stroll through one of my favorite farmer’s markets in the city. Located on the Upper West Side right next to the Museum of Natural History, there are so many cute little vendors every Sunday. While my favorite part is the sunflowers and all the fresh veggies, it’s the crisp fall vibes that I love.
