I styled the off-the-shoulder blouse top with jeans because we are still transitioning from cooler temps, but this would be totally cute with shorts, too. This style is not only on-trend, but the light color is so perfect for spring! Like I said previously, the spring season is all about feminine chic and this top just feels like spring to me.

These photos were taken at an event that I attended called Le Train Bleu’s Seasonal Table Dinner Series. Le Train Bleu is a French bistro set in an old train car in the Bloomingdales store. Needless to say, it was the cutest ambiance and it made me really want to travel in a French dining car. I feel like the restaurant would make a perfect setting for a chic intimate party.
